With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, stylish and spacious Orlando vacation home is perfect for families of up to 8 guests. Situated in a gated resort community and is 3 miles (5 minute) drive to Disney Parks and close to many golf courses, shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

Living Room:

The spacious living room has Queen sleeper sofa with love seat , TV with cable and DVD.

Kitchen/Dining Area:

There is a lovely formal dining area in the fully equipped open plan kitchen that can accommodate Six guests.
Appliances included but not limited to full size stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, garbage disposal unit, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, cookware and much more. There is a fully enclosed washing machine and dryer in this area. Iron / Ironing Board, Laundry Basket also provided.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with Queen bed, private bath. TV with cable and DVD Player.
Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds. TV with cable and DVD Player.
Bedroom 3: Two Twin beds. TV with cable.
Living Room: Queen Sleeper Sofa
Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bath, there is a half bath down stairs.

Deck and Patio Area:

Our townhouse has a small patio off the Living Room and a small deck off the Master Bedroom. Both the patio and the deck are furnished with 2 chairs and they overlook our beautiful pond and conservation area. A charcoal grill is also provided on the deck.

06/04/09 Positive My friends and i just got back from my first visit to disney world! and also our week long stay at our Emerald Island Resort. It was a very nice and clean place. There was plenty of room. The owners are very hospitable as well as the managers of the property. I would definitely recommend this to my family and friends and will most likely stay here again in the future.

04/26/09 Positive We stayed at Sri’s EI townhouse for 3 months from mid January to mid April 2009. I cannot say enough about the great location in the heart of all the Disney and Kissimmee/Orlando golf and park attractions. The EI resort was also very enjoyable, with plenty of activities and facilities. The townhouse was very nicely decorated and extremely well equipped with linens, kitchen stuff, paper products and even baby essentials, such as a playpen and highchair. There was lots of room in all areas and the beds were very comfortable. The free high-speed internet and free long distance calling were extremely useful in allowing us to stay in touch with family at home in Canada. Even with all of this, we were most impressed with Sri’s attentiveness to all our questions and requests during our stay – a special thanks for the welcome basket!! Thanks very much for everything.
