This home has been decorated to a high standard, with everything provided for the perfect vacation, including a large selection of books, DVD's and music.It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac where you can be assured of a peaceful vacation.Your comfort and safety are a priority and everything will be done to ensure that you have everything that you need.There is a local management company who will be available to you, should you need help or have a special request.
Inside, there are two seating areas; a formal living room with two comfortable sofas and a TV den with views overlooking the pool area.There is a formal dining room off of the large kitchen with views over the front lawn.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffemaker, electric kettle, microwave, full stove and oven, toaster, blender, large refrigerator.There is a selection of plastic glassware etc for use outside.
The kitchen dining nook has a table and chairs overlooking the pool area.
The laudry room has a large washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron.
The house is a split plan with the Master suite off to one side and the two guest bedrooms on the other side.
The Master suite has a beautiful, queen size four poster style bed and has glass sliding doors out to the covered lanai.There is a TV/DVD player.
The bathroom has a step in shower as well as a large tub. There is a huge, walk in closet.
The guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has twin beds. This bedroom also has glass sliding doors to the pool area.Both bedrooms have closets. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.All linens and towels are provided.
Out at the pool, there is a selection of comfortable loungers and a table a chairs for outside dining.A BBQ is provided.There is an electric pool heater which, for a small charge, can heat the pool to your desired temperature.

Amenities

Amenities are plentiful and depend on how active you want to be.

There are the golf courses that are close by if you play.

You may hire canoes at Weeki Wachee and explore the river.

Homossassa Springs Manatee Sanctuary is worth a visit. It's approximately 45 mintes drive north and is an interesting day out. A boat takes you over to the sanctuary where you can see manatees being fed and learn about the sanctuary's rescue programme for these wonderful animals.

There are tennis courts at Veterans Park which is a few minutes from the house.There is also a walking track here too.

Hudson Beach is a few mintes drive from the house and has a lively beach bar, Sam's, which has live music at the weekend and is a popular place to watch the spectacular sunsets we are fortunate enough to enjoy.
Clearwater Beach, Caladesi Island and Honeymoon Island are around an hour's drive south but well worth the effort to get there.

The Disney Theme Parks are approximately 90 minutes drive.

Busch Gardens is approximately 50 minutes drive and guarantees to be a fun day out for all the family.

The Florida Aquarium is a great place to take the children and is easily reached.

For the shoppers, Gulf View Mall is close, around 10 minutes drive, and has all the large department stores, including Macy's, JC Penny's and Dillards, as well as a large selection os smaller stores.

Citrus Park Mall and International Plaza are in Tampa and can be reached from Veterans Expressway in around 40 minutes. There is a large Apple store in International Plaza as well as Tiffany and Neiman Marcus Department Store.

A large selection of restaurants are close by including the popular chains, Chili's Red Lobster, Olive Garden and Carrabas.
